SERVICES AND MISSION STATEMENT

I created LITES to provide a high quality, low cost desktop PC support solution for home and small business computer users. My aim is to deliver a service that is geared to specific client requirements and at a cost that does not break budgets.

Over the years home users have been poorly treated and often neglected in the field of PC and desktop service and much of the 'inclusive' support offered by PC sellers has fallen short of what customers require and expect. It is my aim to change this situation and to provide affordable and knowledgeable support when and where it is needed.
